Gift certificates

1. The certificate applies to all hotel services (or services specified in the certificate) and provides a 10% discount on them (or another discount/amount indicated on the certificate)
2. If the amount of the service exceeds the face value of the certificate, its owner pays the difference between the face value and the amount of the service.
3. If the amount of the service is less than the denomination of the certificate, the amount of the difference is canceled.
4. Use of the certificate is possible only after coordination of the activation date with the hotel reservation department.
5. When paying for services with this certificate, promotions and discounts valid at the time of purchase are not distributed.
6. This certificate is not subject to return, exchange, monetary compensation, or extension of validity.
